An inclusive landmark

Both design proposals center around creating a distinctive and inclusive landmark. While the Ski proposal especially draws inspiration from the traditional Norwegian Long House, both designs represent the Nordic values of unity, openness, and shared growth—a foundation for developing talent and connecting elite players with the wider football community.

State of the art

The proposals include state-of-the-art training facilities, administrative offices, a sports high school, and external offices, offering a unified home for the Norwegian Football Association and its collaborators.

The buildings feature gently curved forms that blend into the landscape, mirroring the fluid movement of football. Constructed from renewable CLT wood with wood facades, the designs incorporate solar energy harvested from the rooftops.

These facilities aim to be a vibrant hub, bringing together various sports activities under one roof.
