Three shortlist nominations for Dezeen Awards 2024

Last week, the Dezeen Awards 2024 shortlist was announced and Snøhetta made the cut with three nominations,

With over 4,130 entries from 82 countries, Snøhetta was selected in categories ranging from “Civic Project” to “Surface Design”.

"This year's architecture shortlist is brimming with sophisticated and thoughtful designs, many of which demonstrate a deep commitment to environmental responsibility", states Dezeen in their architecture shortlist announcement. About the design shortlist they write: "The list showcases a strong appreciation for craftsmanship and sustainability, with many designers also recognising the importance that good design has on improving wellbeing".

These are the nominated projects:

• Beijing Library, nominated in the Civic Project category.
• The Snøhetta website, nominated in the Graphic Design category.
• Void, nominated in the Surface Design category.

The final winners will be announced at the annual Dezeen Awards in London on 26 November.
