Snøhetta designs stadium proposal for the Norwegian league champion in football

The sports club Bodø/Glimt has initiated a design competition for their new stadium.

Snøhetta's proposal "Glimt" is made together with the contractor Econor and consultants Rambøll, and is one of three that were presented to the public on December 10th.

The proposal envisions a new social arena in Bodø city. The project has ambitions to create a powerful new social gathering place for the club, and become a landmark nationally and internationally. It will be a gathering point for sports and activities, a new arena for children and young people and a catalyst in the local community.
