Snøhetta collaborates on the concept design for the redevelopment of Downtown Auckland
Snøhetta has been part of the team working on the concept design for the redevelopment of the Downtown Carpark site. A project that will include premium commercial, residential, retail and hospitality offerings, drawing thousands of workers, residents, and visitors daily. It will transform pedestrian connectivity through new lanes and public spaces, deliver far reaching sustainability outcomes, and redefine the city skyline.
We areexcited to share early images of a unique design collaboration - a bold, world-class mixed-use precinct in the heart of Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland – designed by Warren and Mahoney and Snøhetta in partnership with Precinct Properties and Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei.
