SLSO reaches the halfway point on the Powell Hall renovation
The St. Louis Symphony Orchestra reaches the halfway point on the Powell Hall renovation! The design for the building was inspired by existing shapes from the hall’s movie palace past and the geometry of classical instruments.
“We tried to think of the new expansion geometrically almost in a complementary inside out approach,” says Senior Project Leader Takeshi Tornier.
We are thrilled to be working on this project for the St. Louis community, and can't wait to reveal the finished renovation.
