Rema 1000

Rema 1000

The project was created and built for Rema 1000 - one of Norway's leading low-budget grocery store chains.

In contrast to the common low-cost aesthetics of budget grocery stores, the aim was to create an iconic building that can be introduced to all hypothetical sites also in the future.

This challenge was solved by visually splitting the store horizontally, and by playing with translucent and solid façade elements.
